A Program for Developing Some Motor Skills for Down Syndrome Children Using Music

Abstract The current study presents a rhythmic music program to acquire some motor skills for children with Down syndrome. research sample was taken from one of the specialized syndrome learning centers children, and in random manner. consisted 20 boys girls divided into experimental control groups. researcher also prepared list appropriate these (walking, running, jumping, throwing), addition scale determine effectiveness proposed program. results were statistically analyzed using analysis covariance, where pre-test serving as covariate. indicated an improvement performance all activities under group compared group, this confirms extent positive impact musical which affects positively their motor.
